THE FOUR BELLS APPROACH
TELL ME MORE ABOUT
WORKOUTS
1. What type of workouts can I expect?
Our training sessions offer a personal training experience in a small group setting. Classes are limited to 8 people per session to ensure that you get the attention and education you need to thrive.
All our workouts are comprised of a multitude of life applicable movements like pushing, pulling, squatting, and hinging. These activities help to create a body that not only looks good but also works exceptionally well. We do this so the work you do and what you learn with us will translate to the rest of your life. We like to make useful humans.
2. So will I just be lifting weights and jumping on boxes?
No! You will be doing so much more. We like to think of our fitness community as a celebration of physical culture and positive habits. The program at The Four Bells is based on building functional strength and Increasing mobility through integrative movement and strength training.
Classes always incorporate a mix of mobility practices and dynamic stretching, as well as resistance training (loaded and body weight) incorporating Kettlebells, Odd-objects, Dumbbells, variable resistance cardio machines, Barbells and much, much more.

MEMBERSHIP
3. This sounds interesting. How much is a membership?
This is not a regular gym membership. We focus on maximizing the time that you spend in the gym and getting the results you want. You have to enjoy exercise to keep doing it regularly. We promise to make it fun, help you build a healthy lifestyle and foster happiness within the individual inside and outside of the gym.
Our Group classes bridge the gap between Personal Training – where sometimes budget is the issue – and Large Group fitness – where you don’t always get the attention, coaching and education you need to develop the life-skill of working out.
Our prices are based on the value that we offer our clients. A week of training with our coaches on our Group Coaching System costs less per week then just one personal training session.
4. So what does a Membership look like? Do I come every day?
We currently have the following packages available:
3 sessions per week – Monday, Wednesday, Friday (7am, 8:15am, 9:30am, 12pm, 1:15pm, 4pm, 5:15pm, 6:30pm)
2 sessions per week – Tuesday, Thursday (5:45am, 7am, 8:15am, 9:30am, 12pm, 4pm, 5:15pm, 6:30pm)
You pick your package and then choose the class time that you want to commit to. For example, you might choose the 3 sessions per week package and the 8:15am class time. This enables your workouts to be “locked in” to your routine and you’ll never worry if there will space for you in the gym. Those days and times will be yours to keep.
5. What do I do if my schedule moves around a lot?
The concept behind our fixed timeslots is to ironclad your class in your schedule, but we also recognise that a lot people don’t exist in a classic 9-to-5 schedule any more. It’s for this reason we have functionality in our website to see your class bookings and move to another time on a different (or same) day if you’re finding life/the kids/the unexpected gets in the way of your fitness.
We’ve had shift-workers and busy professionals with us since 2017 and we will always strive to make sure your fitness happens for you.
