The Four Bells is a semi-private group training gym in the heart of Kitchener-Waterloo focused on functional strength, conditioning, mobility, and real-life results.

Our small classes (capped at 8!) and expert coaching means you’ll get the personal attention, support, and programming you need to move better, get stronger, and feel your bestand have a little fun along the way!

Our training helps you build strength and mobility for everyday life—so you can move with confidence, avoid injury, and feel strong doing real-world things like climbing stairs, carrying your nan’s groceries, or opening the pickle jar on the first try.

 Small Groups, Big Results

Classes are capped at 8 participants because real progress happens when you’re seen, supported, and challenged. With a max of 8 per class, you’ll get the personal attention, form checks, and steady push you need to train smarter and get stronger.

 Next-Level Coaching Team

Our coaches are all legends—knowledgeable, encouraging, and seriously invested in your fitness goals. They focus on form, function, and injury prevention to keep your training safe, smart, and results-driven.
